Panel settings overlap plasmoid parameters (on screenshot: system tray)

SUMMARY
When hovering over a plasmoid, its settings menu overlaps with the panel settings menu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select "Edit Panel" (Alt + D, Alt + S)
2. Hover over a plasmoid located near the panel settings menu

OBSERVED RESULT
[see screenshot] The plasmoid settings menu overlaps with the panel settings menu.

EXPECTED RESULT(s)
- The plasmoid settings menu moves to a free space
- The panel settings move up (or down)
- The plasmoid settings menu overlaps the panel settings?
