SUMMARY
Sending any file from android to pc (kde neon) is extremely slow and never finish. 
I want to send a file (40mb) archive from py android phone (android 12 go) to pc but it fluctuate 10min-hours but actuallyis really slow and stops around 10% after a long time.
Meanwhile sending any file from pc to phone is really fast and stable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send any file from android to pc
2. Wait

OBSERVED RESULT
Extremely slow

EXPECTED RESULT
Transfer is as fast as sending from pc to android
