SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in into your user through KDE plasma(x11)
2. Open applications in different virtual desktops to confirm the bug.
3. Try switching to different virtual desktops with three fingers gestures.

OBSERVED RESULT

Previously it was working but then i updated and i also wanted to reinstall kali linux and downloaded kali-everything version of approx 11 GB. after the successful installation it still doesn't work for me. I have checked a lot of settings to resolve it but none of them works.

EXPECTED RESULT

The virtual desktops should be changed after sliding three fingers in touchpad with the animation effect effect selected for it (i.e. fade or slide).

These gestures are only present in the Wayland session. At least, the KWin-provided ones are. Any gestures you uses in the X11 session must have been provided by something 3rd-party.
