I'm having an issue with my Windows 10. It hangs on startup and doesn't move past the loading screen. I've tried restarting several times, but the problem persists. Could you help me troubleshoot this? Any steps or solutions to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure what's causing the hang, and I need my PC running smoothly again.
