SUMMARY With a certain combination of user steps, unlocking a computer with a fingerprint results in the lock screen being forever stuck with an unresponsive button that says "unlock" STEPS TO REPRODUCE This is not a 100% repro, but occurs maybe 1 in 5 times 1. Lock the computer 2. Unlock, try entering an incorrect password 3. After it says it's incorrect, use the fingerprint reader OBSERVED RESULT Password field goes away, replaced with a button that just says <unlock> Pressing the unlock button doesn't do anything. Pressing the power button causes the screen locker to go away, revealing the desktop?! I'm experiencing the same thing, I'm not able to unlock the computer without a hard reset (held power button). This happens with or without external monitors attached.
