Screenshots with some of these seams on a bunch of apps.

SUMMARY
I'm on a 14 inch laptop with a 1080p display, so I set the scaling to 120% to see things better. However, this causes most applications to show a 1px tall seam between the window and the titlebar when the window is maximized. This also happens when you set the scale to 110%, but not any other scaling above 100%.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set screen scaling to 120% or 110%.
2. Maximize any window.

OBSERVED RESULT
There's a seam under the titlebar of maximized windows.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be no seam.
