Not all windows get resized. Not all windows for a certain application get resized. One monitor's (the lowest priority) windows don't seem to get resized at all. It happens on all 6 of my virtual desktops. It occurs some time after the system switches to screen saver mode, but not immediately...switching the screen saver off quickly shows that the resizing hasn't yet happens, but I haven't any idea when it happens, or how to find out. Using xwininfo shows that all windows that get resized all have a vertical height of 132 pixels.
