SUMMARY

if you select the delay before password required to 1 it doesn't change the string to singular 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open screen locker in settings
2. go to delay before password required
3. dropdown menu go to custom
4. select 1

OBSERVED RESULT
it says 1 seconds/minutes

EXPECTED RESULT

it says 1 second/minute
SOFTWARE/OS
