SUMMARY
Using alt+tab to have windows switcher will send the tab keyboard to active windows 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start any code editor
2. Just type alt+tab 
3. see the tab being inserted on the code editor

Last information, I don't see (or remember) the bug on the 6.0 (maybe even the 6.1), real feeling that is a really recent one (heavy user alt+tab here)
