SUMMARY All scanned color image have blue background, but there is no problem if using gray (chronome). the scanner is connected with eSCL. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Skanpage or Skanlite 2. Connect the scanner (eSCL/AirScan) device 3. Scan or Preview OBSERVED RESULT The image have a blue background EXPECTED RESULT The color image should have a white background SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.9.7-arch1-1 KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This issue can be fixed if using Xsane to scan color image, just set the Light from -22 to 0. the -22 is auto-displayed by Xsane software.
Is there anyway to post images? This is more intuitionistic.
You can add an attachment to the bug report. Have you tried to change the setting in the Skanpage options? The more complex ones are hidden by default. You can enable them by clicking the dots on the bottom of the options panel on the right.
