That would be the worst solution, any respected calculator I used have fonts sizes to manage how buttons, result, history... Because the calculator has a small interface that can be resized differently on various screens.

I see it now, is quite apparent using huge fonts. Still, the page almost sure will go away.

Removing features to minimize bugs is proven to be a bad decision. At least qalculate-qt which is a reliable alternative will retain configurable font sizes.
