SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import 1080p video
2. Do not press any button until the proxy file is created
3. Cancel the offer to transcode the original file as it has a variable bitrate
4. See the popup offering to switch the project profile to the proxy resolution

OBSERVED RESULT

You might have SD video quality on the end if you are not paying attention to the messages.

EXPECTED RESULT

It was ok in previous versions. Not sure which one was that.
