SUMMARY
If I connect a monitor, Plasma doesn't recognize it until I run kwin_wayland --replace.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to Plasma
2. Connect an external monitor
3. Turn on the monitor
4. Try unplugging and reconnecting it several times
5. The monitor doesn't show up in settings and isn't connected
6. Run kwin_wayland --replace
7. The screen is automatically connected

Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20240629
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.1

It doesn't seem to happen on a new account, and it doesn't happen every time on my main account either, just almost every time

If you move aside your user account's ~/.local/share/kscreen folder and reboot, does it stop happening?
