SUMMARY
Mouse scroll become bricks and cannot zoom/pan the canvas anymore(but works on ui)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Open krita, open any drawing or create a new file
2.Scroll mouse on canvas
3.window-new window, create a file or open something, scroll on the canvas, freeze.

Sometimes issue not happen, just click some other place(like desktop) between step2 and step3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Scroll not work on canvas on all krita windows. Must restart krita to fix this. You can use tablet input logger to see the krita can read the scroll event, but just not zoom/pan

EXPECTED RESULT
mouse wheel can zoom/pan the canvas

I still cannot reproduce it, but I believe the issue is real, it's just related to timing and difficult to reproduce on some systems.
The linked KA thread has much more detail as well as a video, so who ever looks at this later, please check it.

Hi Firecloud888, can you please retest this bug on the latest release 5.2.6? Any change in behavior? Thanks.
