SUMMARY Allow Plasma to auto-timeout so the screen becomes locked, the brightness gets turned down and once you log in, there is no way to turn the brightness back up. You have to reboot for the controls to become available again STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Plasma 6.1.1, allow timeout so it locks the screen 2. Once the locked screen is shown, login 3. Go to settings > Power Management 4. I'm sorry we weren't able to get to this report before now. Is this still happening with Plasma 6.3.2?
