SUMMARY
Sometimes when I boot into the OS I see that the panel is very short. Only the menu icon is visible, for the rest the panel is empty.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot
2. See the result
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
A too short panel

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel as I have set it up.
In the attachment you can see the panel as it should be (on the right) and how it is when it did not unfold. Right screen is the built-in screen of my laptop, the left screen is an external one, connected through HDMI.
