SUMMARY
I have issue with my ICC profiles not loading properly using KDE Wayland monitor inbuilt feature in display configuration. It makes my screens way too dark and I know that’s not how it’s suppose to be because I color calibrated my monitors and it was loading them perfectly fine on x11 using xcalib and in windows 10. I’m running Arch Linux with latest 555.58-2 Nvidia driver. My monitors are connetced with Display Port. Below I provided my ICC profile.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings > Display & Monitor
2. Color Profile: ICC Profile > Select ICC Profile on single or two monitors
3. Hit Apply

OBSERVED RESULT
ICC profiles aren't properly loaded resulting in very dark grays and blacks.

EXPECTED RESULT
ICC profiles loading correctly

When you say "calibrated", do you mean that you used the calibration tab in DisplayCAL, with the tone curve set to sRGB perhaps?
If so, that only does anything in a system where most applications don't support color management. With KWin, the ICC profile is properly applied to all content, and these "calibrations" are undone by the ICC profile.

ICC profiles were generated by DisplayCAL using Calibrite ColorChecker Display Pro. Tone curve used was sRGB and sRGB mode was set in the dropdown settings menu. I'm not a calibration expect maybe I'm not understanding something, is there a workaround for this or are these ICC profiles not compatible with KWin using Wayland?

There's no incompatibility, the tone curve configuration simply doesn't apply to properly color managed systems - the resulting colors you see is correct. If you to make adjustments to the image that aren't technically "correct", see bug 476960.

I understand now, thank you for your time. Unfortunately for me this means I can't use wayland with my current monitors because they are nearly pitch black with and without ICC profiles applied (even after turning up brightness and contrast all the way up in monitor settings). I will have to continue to use x11 until I build my next PC.
