SUMMARY
This is Krita 5.2.3, not 5.2.3_Beta. (The option is not in "version")
If krita isn't already running, opening an existing file or creating a new file doesn't get you to the workspace and canvas, it just freezes until any item on the menu bar is clicked followed by another tap on the screen. Also, my toolbar is at the top when krita starts, instead of the bottom where I set it to be. It goes back to normal after I get in to my workspace and / or go back to the home screen to create a new file. I've recorded a video of this happening:

I did not have this issue in 5.2.3_beta.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Close Krita, make sure it's not running in background.
2. Start krita.
3. Create a new image or open an existing image.

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen freezes

EXPECTED RESULT
Krita should open your workspace and canvas
