Description Gordon 2024-06-30 01:14:41 UTC
Rock Ridge supports longer file names than Joliet.

K3b offers shortening overlong file names on Joliet, but it also shortens the names on Rock Ridge where it isn't necessary.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a file with a very long name
2. add it to a data project
3. create a Joliet+Rock Ridge image

OBSERVED RESULT
The file name is shortened on all file systems: Joliet, Rock Ridge, and UDF.

EXPECTED RESULT
File name only shortened on the Joliet file system. Rock Ridge and UDF retain the full file name.
