I'm using the word unloading because it causes crashes both when being disabled and when exiting the app.
When disabled KTorrent closes normally.
The attached backtrace is from a crash during exiting.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

After reporting this I encountered a crash with the plugin disabled. When I looked at the backtrace it looked like the crash was caused by a different component. I need to look into this more.
