Sidebar should be collapsible

Please let me shrink the sidebar with a separator like with bookmarks in Dolphin. It takes too much space. It should shrink to a small icons-only sidebar.

This seems reasonable and it's a pattern already present in other KDE apps like NeoChat, so it shouldn't be terribly difficult

Marknote has a nice sidebar behavior, we should probably <s>steal</s> copy some code
