When connecting a dual screen external dock after a single external screen session, windows are displayed on secondary (which is not marked as primary) screen. This problem is only on Wayland, X session works as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to a dock with single external screen, have some windows open
2. Send the system to sleep
3. Connect to a dock with dual external screens
4. Wake up, login

OBSERVED RESULT
The windows are displayed on the secondary (not primary) screen

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows should be on the primary screen.
