SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. press the keybind for kickoff maybe multiple times

OBSERVED RESULT
 Might open on the wrong monitor. (inconsistent, sometimes it works normally)

EXPECTED RESULT
Consistently open on the monitor the cursor is on

Forgot to add that the Issue doesn't happen while moving mouse cursor, only when it's stationary. As demonstrated in the video.

KWin determines the one that gets activated in this case, moving there.

This appears to no longer be a problem in Plasma 6.2.1.
