SUMMARY
Since upgrading to 6.1, the icons on the taskbar get smaller when the task highlight is wider 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a custom theme with /widgets/tasks.svg
2. Stretch normal-hint-left/right-margin

OBSERVED RESULT
Taskbar icons are smaller

EXPECTED RESULT
The icons scale vertically

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.6.35-2-lts (64-bit)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The issue goes away when downgrading back to 6.0

This looks related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=489698
After testing this with one of the developers, it looks to be caused by having a spacer in the panel. It's being looked into.

I was able to reproduce the behavior on 6.1.3 as well as git-master

I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of 489698 since Noah has made a comment there. These two bugs are caused by the same thing.
