SUMMARY
Using win+space as a global shortcut allow to switch keyboard layout only if there are 2 languages in the list.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add more than 2 languages in the Settings -> Keyboard -> Layouts
2. Select win+space as a global shortcut for layout changing
3. Try to change layouts - it allows to this once.
4. Change amount of languages to 2, or change global shortcut to ctrl+shift - layout switching works well.

EXPECTED RESULT
Selected global shortcut allows changing keyboard layout even there is more than 2 languages added.

I'm not able to reproduce this with either KDE Neon or Solus. I'll leave it open in case someone else can.
