Imagine you are in Split view and need to drag some files from one view to the other.

If the destination view has many folders/potential drop targets, you want to be absolutely sure you know which one you are dropping files into.

Right now this is quite hard because the contrast is so bad on the target view (which is inactive, and therefore has its colors dimmed).

There's a high risk of dropping files on the wrong target because the visual feedback is basically non-existent.

This happens both with Breeze and Breeze Dark, accent color is set to the one embedded in the theme

I can confirm this on Solus Plasma 6. The problem isn't limited to the Breeze themes. I installed the Ant-Dark theme and Dolphin has the same poor contrast between an item being dragged and the thing your mouse is hovering over.

Operating System: Solus 4.5
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
Kernel Version: 6.8.12-293.current (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
