Comparison of two touchpad settings.

Not sure if it's a bug exactly, but here's a bug report anyway.

Please see the attached image. I've got the touchpad settings on the left. My older laptop has got the touchpad settings on the right, which are more advanced, and have got something I would like to edit.

I want to get the touchpad settings on the right of the attached image.

I remember that I got it once before. I think I had to install some software package, and then the available settings changed from the settings on the left to the settings on the right.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to settings, Mouse & Touchpad, Touchpad.

OBSERVED RESULT
One finds only a limited set of settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
One should find a larger set of settings.

The more feature-full page uses settings from the synaptics driver package, which is abandoned upstream and because of that, became unsupported in Plasma 6. As such, there is no option to configure it from the GUI in Plasma 6, sorry.

Can I install something from Synaptics to make it work though? I also want to note that I think I've got something from Synaptics already installed on my machine by the way.

```
$ apt-cache policy xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
xserver-xorg-input-synaptics:
  Installed: 1.9.1-1ubuntu3
  Candidate: 1.9.1-1ubuntu3
  Version table:
 *** 1.9.1-1ubuntu3 500
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu jammy/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
```

In Plasma 6, you can't, sorry. Even if you could, Synaptics only works on X11 and does not work at all on Wayland, so you'd have to use Libinput there anyway.

Okay. Thanks for letting me know. Nice meeting you here every now and then :)
