It;s happening in Brave browser, chrome browser or chromium related product eg. Ferdium. It is also reported in [reddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/1dnjmna/some_flatpak_apps_has_this_wrong_cursor_while/) STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. install chrome/ brave 2. right click and hold SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Fedora Linux 40 KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0 Qt Version: 6.7.1 Kernel Version: 6.9.5-200.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland
I cannot reproduce this. I tried it with a flatpaked chromium and a non-flatpaked one. Can you share more details from where you installed chromium? Do I need to do more than open the menu in the screenshot?

Do I need to > do more than open the menu in the screenshot? from the comments of reddit. I figured out Chrome doesn't enable wayland. Thant's why breeze theme showing x cursor for chromium apps. Try to run chrome from flatpak or brave. Where wayland is disabled by default. The xwayland cursor isn't correct.
