When I shake the mouse quickly, the cursor becomes very large before returning to normal size 2 seconds later. I happen everywhere, in apps and in the DE in general.

I'm using Wayland with an AMD iGPU (Radeon 780M) and the latest drivers.

Thank you for the bug report. This is a new feature in KDE Plasma 6.1, allowing the user to help find the cursor on large screens and if it is required for accessibility reasons. This is documented in the Plasma 6.1 release announcement here: https://kde.org/announcements/plasma/6/6.1.0/

You can configure or disable this feature in System Settings > Accessibility > Shake Cursor.
