Les deux derniere mise a jour ne s'installe pas (blocage, sans message d'erreur).
Tous mes autres fichiers fonctionne normalement sauf digikam .............

No problems installing or starting digiKam here with the latest Windows versions.

To be more precise, the digiKam installer doesn't work for you?

It's probably a restriction from an Anti-Virus or something like that on your computer. No problem to install under Windows 10 here.

Blocage lors de l'installation de digikam. voir copie écran. installation impossible et ceci sur plusieurs anciennes version de digikam. j'avais signalé ce soucis d'installation, il y a toujours encore les mêmes symptômes .....

This must be a problem with your computer. The package installs without any problems. If the installer can't copy files, we would have a lot of feedback from other users.

Which antivirus program are you using? Is there enough space in the area where Windows manages its temp directory?

No problem here too. digiKam 8.5.0 (qt5 or qt6) version can be installed on my Windows 10 computer, including default Microsoft anti-virus.

Mais mon PC est sur Windows 11 et toutes les mises à jour effectuer.

Par contre il déteste les mouchards ... et moi également!

Windows 10, la honte, c'est périmer ce sytème d'exploitation, pfff ! Nul.

No, Windows 11 works just as well. I just installed digiKam-8.5.0-Qt6 on a new computer at work yesterday to see if there were any problems playing videos, if digiKam adapts to the scaling of the desktop, etc. Everything works as it should.

digiKam still compatible with Windows 10 for compatibility, which still used wildly.

You said 'mouchard'. There is no snitch in digiKam...

Mon ssd de 256go, 55 go d'occuper donc reste environ 200go

Antivirus utiliser Norton 360 depuis plus de dix ans

Digikam est le seul logiciel qui s'installe pas (blocage), je possèdes 
une quinzaine de logiciels d'installer sur ce ssd.

Il ya quelques temps, j'ai remis mon ordinateur a zero, en réinstallant 
windows puis norton et ainsi tout mes logiciels sans aucun blocage.

Alors pourquoi digikam bloque ? et ceci je vous en avait déjà fait 
savoir qui a priori est rester en vain.

Je reçois régulièrement des messages de norton lorsque j'utilise digikam 
qui m'informe la présence d'utilisations douteuse de ce logiciel ???

Because digiKam is not registered as an application from the store. We need to pay an officially developer account to Microsoft. This will never that.

So the installer is not signed to the Microsoft services and the anti-virus just check that because it don't know what to do. You needs set an exception in this anti-virus to allows the installer to run. That all...

Who uses Norton today ???... Norton has a long weird story as a 3rd party software under Windows... But it's an another stuff...

I dislike the words :
