The "desktop and wallpaper" window showing a confirmation dialog titled "Apply settings"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on desktop / Enter edit mode
2. Choose "Desktop and wallpaper"
3. Try to exit by clicking the cancel button or switching to a different page

OBSERVED RESULT
User gets prompted to save the modified settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
No settings have been modified, so no dialog should pop up.

Cannot reproduce with current git master, but I could reproduce it in the past. Seems to be fixed in Plasma 6.2. But I recall seeing a bug report open for this already, let's see if I can find it...
