SUMMARY
The floating panel (Set vertically and on the left between 2 screens) does not de-flaot properly when maximizing a window, resulting in a gap between the panel and the edge of the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the Panel vertically on the left between 2 screens while floating
2. Maximize a window

OBSERVED RESULT
Gap between panel and screen edge.

EXPECTED RESULT
No gap between panel and screen edge.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Using Wayland.

Might be caused by fraction scaling rounding issues. What scales are you using for the displays?

I'm using 100% scale on dual 2560 x 1440 monitors.
I've also observed that it sometimes (few and far in between) snaps correctly after maximizing, especially directly after enabling the floating panel.

I'm sorry, I don't quite get what is the gap you're referring to in the recording?

(Also, DE wallpaper? That looks nice!)

I have added a screenshot to show it better, it's a 1 pixel gap so it is hard to spot.

And Yes! DE is one of my favorite games of all time, love to see more people appreciate it!
