Description Elias 2024-06-22 11:42:35 UTC
SUMMARY
After a new song has been added to the playlist, it shows the playing indicator but another song of the playlist can be heard. The "Pause" and "Play" symbols don't match what can be heard. You can trigger that weird behaviour this way:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put one song into the empty playlist and play it.
2. Pause the playout by pressing the pause button.
3. Put another song into the playlist.
4. Play the new song by clicking it.

OBSERVED RESULT
The first song is playing again, but the "play"-symbol is on the new song. For the first song there still is the "pause"-symbol showing.

EXPECTED RESULT
The new song should be playing and the "pause"-symbol should disappear from the other song which had been paused previously.

I can reproduce this, but only with the Qt MultiMedia backend. VLC works just fine.
