STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings - Remote Desktop -> enable autostart on login
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
It pop ups a dialog asking to share desktop.

EXPECTED RESULT
Whats the point of Wake on Lan and auto-login if I need urgently remote access to my PC ???
KRDP should autostart and share the desktop without any dialog.
Unattended access should be enabled by default if I have it on autostart

(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 Akseli Lahtinen 2024-06-24 07:10:54 UTC
The dialog should only appear once, if set to "Remember my selection"

Can you share more information of your system? It's possibly a bug with the portal itself, not KRDP (I know, it's a bit confusing :/ )

On Wayland session there is no such option as remember my selection

When it auto-starts it gives me the option to:
Allow restoring future sessions and then have to click on share.

Can confirm this also does not Autostart on login for me if I have "Autostart on login" checked off. Yet the "Enable RDP server" is not toggled ON. It is OFF.

Using Plasma version 6.1.1
Frameworks version: 6.3.0
QT Version: 6.7.1
Kernel Version: 6.9.7-200.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit)
