*** If you're not sure this is actually a bug, instead post about it at https://discuss.kde.org If you're reporting a crash, attach a backtrace with debug symbols; see https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** SUMMARY KRDP - Enabling autostart requires user interaction at startup STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Go to Settings - Remote Desktop -> enable autostart on login 2. 3. OBSERVED RESULT It pop ups a dialog asking to share desktop. EXPECTED RESULT Whats the point of Wake on Lan and auto-login if I need urgently remote access to my PC ??? KRDP should autostart and share the desktop without any dialog. Unattended access should be enabled by default if I have it on autostart SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The dialog should only appear once, if set to "Remember my selection" Can you share more information of your system? It's possibly a bug with the portal itself, not KRDP (I know, it's a bit confusing :/ )
Set as waitingforinfo
