STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open attachment
2. Apply "Delete effect" command to clip
3. Undo" command

OBSERVED RESULT
Sequence reversed (in this example: "Color Correct/Color Effect")

EXPECTED RESULT
Sequence as before (here: "Color Effect/Color Correct")
