Your screenshot depicts a GNOME dialog. Are you using GNOME and not KDE Plasma? If you are using Plasma, please post a full-screen screenshot that shows everything on screen, not just that one cropped dialog.

This is an issue with Neon's old PipeWire version.
Created attachment 170679 [details] attachment-1584414-0.html I understood. Do you know if we would have a solution to this problem in the new bug fix version 6.1.1? Thank you in advance and congratulations on the excellent work, humility and commitment to users. Keep it up. If I update via ppa and replace the pipewire instead of the pulse audio would there be a problem? This should be fixed once Plasma is rebased on Ubuntu 24.04 which is currently work in progress. In the meantime I worked around this issue by installing pipewire from https://pipewire-debian.github.io/pipewire-debian/ There is a dependency issue which means you have to remove the package pipewire-pulse before you update (it will autoamtically be added again). There are no guarantees though that the upgrade to 24.04 will work so you might want to remove that PPA via ppa-purge before you do that upgrade.

Downgrading xdg-desktop-portal to 1.14.3-0ubuntu2 appears to work: sudo apt install xdg-desktop-portal=1.14.3-0ubuntu2 See https://github.com/flatpak/xdg-desktop-portal/issues/1407#issuecomment-2275377902

I've been using this version for over a month without noticing any issue. To revert, just upgrade your system. If you want to make the change permanent, search for "pinning" packages.
Created attachment 174584 [details] attachment-2064256-0.html Thanks, I'll check it out. In upgrade to Ubuntu 24.04.1 this will be over because pipewire will be updated. I am a youtube creator @RafaGAMESTOP THIS WILL HELP A LOT. WITH UPDATES OF PLASMA 6.2.1 SOON WILL REVERT OR JUST UPGRADE OF UBUNTU? Closing this since Neon 24.04.1 is available and seems to have fixed this issue. I don't know if it was necessary but I removed the pipewire PPA before upgrading using these commands, followed by a reboot: sudo true && echo 'DPkg::Options { "--force-overwrite"; };' | sudo tee /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99-dpkg-force-overwrite.conf sudo ppa-purge pipewire-debian/pipewire-upstream sudo rm /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99-dpkg-force-overwrite.conf
