Created attachment 170619 [details] Transaction form font Changing font from Configure Kmymoney changes overall font in ledger and transaction form. However, it is not universal in all fields. Deposit and payment columns are smaller than rest of fields. If I change font to 32 payments and deposits have large font until you try to edit amount, then it shrinks down to likie size 8 even though border around it is large. I have gone to version 4.6.8 and font is uniform across all fields
You didn't say which Operating System/Distribution you are using. It may well matter here, as each has their own ways of managing and controlling font usage. 4.6.8 is well long past unsupported, and the changes since then have been major. At this point I would ask if you can reproduce the issue in a version from master branch. Although there is still no definite timeline, it seems unlikely at this point (unless the problem can be confirmed and turns out trivial to fix) that it will be addressed before 5.2 is released. However, one thing you might try is to set all the KMyMoney font settings back to default values, and try changing the font for the entire system. I know that might not be ideal, but if it works, it could be a reasonable approach while waiting for 5.2.
Created attachment 170982 [details] attachment-2718648-0.html Thanks for the reply. I am using Windows version 5.1.3 I am trying to hide the transaction form until needed. I noticed this is when the issue occurs If I enable "Show transaction form" in Settings--Configure KMymoney--Ledger, the font stays the same and the editing of amount is within reason Regardless of which font I use the transaction form font stays the same, but the rest of the register changes font size according to font settings. If I unhide the transaction form my unchecking "Show transaction form " , then the font increases the same as the register Except the amount column "payment or deposit which is even smaller than the default. I'll keep messing with it. I just wanted to keep transaction form hidden until adding transaction, but keeping it visible seems to be best option On Tue, Jun 25, 2024 at 4:59 PM Jack <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org> wrote: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=488705 > > Jack <ostroffjh@users.sourceforge.net> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Component|bugtracker |ux-ui > > --- Comment #1 from Jack <ostroffjh@users.sourceforge.net> --- > You didn't say which Operating System/Distribution you are using.
