SUMMARY
when a remote pulse server is used with PULSE_SERVER="192.168.1.1" kmix, kmix changes the volume of the remote and local instance when the volume is changed with the volume up/down button

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. PULSE_SERVER="192.168.1.1" kmix
2. press volume up or down button

OBSERVED RESULT
kmix changes the volume of the remote and local instance

EXPECTED RESULT
kmix changes the volume of the remote instance only

with this setup it worked as expected

disabling the "Audio Shortcuts" background service fixes the bug
