Description 9hax 2024-06-17 23:07:38 UTC
SUMMARY
When trying to connect to the PPhone via SFTP on Windows, WinSCP fails to Login to the device and prompts for a password.
This happens since Version 1.31.1 of the android app published to Google Play and FDroid and is not present in the two prior published versions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install version 1.31.1 of the KDE Connect Android App from Google Play or F-Droid.
2. Right KDE Connect Tray icon
3. Click "Browse Device..." in device menu

OBSERVED RESULT
WinSCP Opens, tries to connect, fails authentication with pre-entered password, then prompts for a password.

EXPECTED RESULT
WinSCP opens, connects and shows filesystem contents.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
