SUMMARY
On at least 5 occasions since the release of KStars 3.7.1 my imaging sessions have simply terminated. The last log entry in all cases displayed an entry the same or similar to the title of this bug report. Prior to the release of 3.7.1 this error never occurred. I have attached the most recent log file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start an imaging sequence in the camera module
2. After a variable number of frames (sometimes around 5, sometimes around 25) KStars simply crashes with the last line of the log file as indicated.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
KStars crashes

EXPECTED RESULT
KStars should complete the image sequence(s)

Apple crash report

Hoping this might provide some additional information that might not appear in the KStars log file for the crash. This is a report that MacOS creates when a program crashes.

I see the same on Linux, posted some details on the forum: https://indilib.org/forum/ekos/14728-kstars-3-7-1-crashes-on-capture.html.
