Using KDE Plasma 6.1 beta (KF 6.3, Qt 6.7.1, Wayland, 1.5x scaling, Breeze theme, Noto 10pt font, slight hinting, RGB subpixel) there are glitches with font rendering on the system settings panels.  This can be seen in the attached screenshot with the "l" in Digital Output being clear, along with the ( in (S/PDDIF), the I in HDMI and the P in DisplayPort.

(On KF5 under X11 with basically the same settings rendering was fine so I suspect this is a Qt 6/Wayland/KF 6 regression.)  Text in most other applications is basically fine.
