SUMMARY
Render remains incomplete the video file is not openable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select render and give any options
2. click render to file. 

OBSERVED RESULT
file is stuck at remaining time 0.00.00 or anytime before that and doesnt render further. every other button and option is available to click ( software hasnt crashed yet)

EXPECTED RESULT
rendering complete
