SUMMARY
When assigning a key combination that is already used for a different action (e.g. Ctrl+A) to a panel's "Focus shortcut" the plasma shell crashes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on a panel and enter Edit Mode
2. Assign a key combination that is already bound to some action to the "Focus shortcut" (e.g. Ctrl+A as suggested in the tooltip)

OBSERVED RESULT
A dialog warning the user about the conflicting shortcut appears shortly before the entire shell crashing.

EXPECTED RESULT
The shell should not crash.
