SUMMARY
When requesting to change the key password, an error occurs (Error when trying to change the password for the certificate Everything is always good (AAAAA):
 ioctl not applicable to this device), also when creating a key immediately with a password

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a key pair with a password
 2. A key is created
 3. An error message appears about the impossibility of password protection (Error when trying to change the password for the certificate Everything is always good (AAAAA):
 Not applicable to this device ioctl)

OBSERVED RESULT
Creating a key with a password, or changing the password of an already created key is impossible

EXPECTED RESULT
Creating a key with a password, changing the key password successfully

Is a window asking for the password shown when you try to create a key pair with a password or when you try to change a password?

Can you create a key by running the following command in a terminal, e.g. Konsole?
```
gpg --quick-gen-key test@example.net
```
