SUMMARY
Vector legacy (2010) MediaWiki theme does not have icon set

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to any KDE MediaWiki site
2. Go to preferences -> theme and select "Vector legacy (2010) 
3. Go to any page

OBSERVED RESULT
Icon in top left shows MediaWiki logo with text "Set $wgLogos with the URL path to your own logo image"

EXPECTED RESULT
Should show a KDE logo instead
