SUMMARY
Result is not remembered when adding operations (it was ok on old versions)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to make 5+5 then enter
2. Result is 10 then make + 5
3. Result is 5!

OBSERVED RESULT
Result should be 15, as you add operations result should be used as start point

EXPECTED RESULT
Correct result, like old versions of kcalc
