SUMMARY
Kile will not launch because it can not find a "recent version" of the Okular library.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install fedora (specifically Nobara 39)
2. Try to run Kile
3. Observe error message

OBSERVED RESULT
Error message in little window
"
Kile cannot start as a recent version of the Okular library could not be found.

Please install the Okular library before running Kile.
"

EXPECTED RESULT
Kile runs.
