SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Create a desktop icon (in any way).
2.  Open Properties of the icon from the desktop, add any Comment on Application tab and apply change.  

OBSERVED RESULT
Icon disappears from the desktop. 
If properties opened again, main page shows entered comment in Type field (on the General tab).
If comment removed - icon shows on desktop again (did not show on a second try).  

EXPECTED RESULT
Icon stays on a screen.

Same root cause as Bug 485771, so fixed already in Frameworks 6.4.
