glitched out menubar

SUMMARY
I have installed Arch Linux with the vulkan-radeon and lib32-vulkan-radeon drivers and installed KDE however my menu bar has a blue thing under it. I think it might be related to transparency.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install plasma on Arch
2. install vulkan-radeon and lib32-vulkan-radeon drivers
3. Move a window onto the taskbar a few times to get it to float and unfloat.

OBSERVED RESULT
blue and glitch is seen under the panel

EXPECTED RESULT
panel is floating on top of background
