Please add the information from help->krita log for bug reports. Also note that Windows 7 is not supported and provide the version of krita you are using.

Hello It's been a while but are you still experiencing this issue? Is it just one file or every .kra file? If it's only one specific file, please attach it to this report just as you did with the log file. Krita doesn't automatically upload your file when you report a bug (respecting privacy is very important around here!) so it's not available to the developers. "Microsoft 365" isn't an operating system, that's just Microsofts suite of office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, et cetera). If you're using a PC with Windows 7, and this issue doesn't occur to anyone on Windows 10 or 11, Krita developers unfortunately can't look into the issue at this point.
